POST-PARTURITION PROGRAMS
Internally, picture, hear, feel and understand
your key experiences. They programmed ways you struggle, hurt and
cage yourself. Get insights, images, memories, body feelings, emotional releases,
internal dramas, forgiving lettings-go. Psychically complete
experiences. Complete them and you redo the self-limiting programs you built on
them. You stop tethering your body and your being. You relax.

Exercise 1: Critical Incident Hypnodrama
Think of a current problem of yours rooted in a
situation from your childhood. Imagine you stand before an elevator. Its dial shows you're on a
floor, whose number's the same your years. Enter the elevator. Push one of its buttons. The number on the
button is the year crucial to the problem you thought of. Go down in the elevator to the floor/age you chose.
Step into the hallway and see many doors. Behind one lurks an incident or a moment-of-realization where you
learned the strategy that's still creating your problem.
Inside the door, you observe from your adult mind and you see,
hear, feel, sense and intuit everyone and everything as they were.
Notice and feel as you did at the time. How would you've liked to
express yourself then. This time, express it.
What decisions did you make as a result of this incident? What did
you gain from these?
What would you like to do that you didn't?
Redo the scene in your imagination, the way you'd like it to have
been.
Forgive yourself and each of the others involved.
If you're not ready to forgive, complete now what needs to be
completed.
Say in a short sentence what you learned. Say it again. Again.
Each time you say it, imagine it helps you further heal your
wounded feelings.
