SYNERGY NEWSLETTER OCTOBER 2010 - School of Tantra, Temple of Tantra, Sacred Matrix presents

It’s been ages since we last produced a newsletter, over a year in fact. That was the longest period of writer’s block I’ve ever seen! Actually, we’ve been writing tons. We’ve been focused on ourselves and an inward journey. It was just something Sash and I just had to do. Now we’re ready to branch out there and communicate with the world. Hopefully some want to hear what we have to say. But regardless, we’re going to say it whether or not anyone’s listening because it’s pretty darn exciting to express oneself to the world and get it out there, just in case.

We’ve been reading, learning, studying, writing, about what’s going to happen between now and 2012. I don’t want to get bogged down with predictions and dates, because that’s where we get tripped up and fall on our faces, but anyone who’s looked around can see there’s so much happening on a local and global scale, that it’s become obvious we’re facing a new world. There’s a strong possibility the New Earth will be more like Heaven on Earth than the Armageddon propaganda paradigm that’s been pushed down our throats for the past two thousand years.

I’m so excited that we’re becoming awake and aware. Yes, there are still many clinging to the dark side of the force. But that’s fading fast. The world’s being overcome by Love, and this time it’s unconditional love, a love that’s full of truth and light that’s kind, loving, respectful. The stuff that’s going on is just the death grip of ancient belief systems that no longer serve anyone, even the folks who cling to them and have a wicked agenda. They just don’t grok it yet. But soon, all will become self-evident, apparent to even the dull and dimwitted, a truth so bright and full of love and light, that none may deny.

So we’re on the home stretch. The birth pangs have begun. While endure painful labor just a bit longer, the babe we’re about to birth is so bitchin’, it’s worth the wait and all the woes.

Chakras show us life dimensions: vulnerability, sex, power, love, communication, vision and ecstatic transcendence. The dimensions are stages in a seven-story multiplex theater where our Inner Children, Sexy Selves, Braves, Lovers, Visionaries and Divinities (respectively) express themselves.

A sensitive child and its guardians perform in our GROUNDFLOOR STAGE. Groundfloor Stage’s a metaphor for our first chakra, embodied in our perineums, the theater for our Inner Children and their protectors. Onstage here we see and hear actors who personify our subselves who care about how much emotion we feel, show or conceal. Some First Chakra actors guard our Inner Children from pain and humiliation. Other First Chakra subpersonalities express our tender emotional aspects. Our Magic and Playful Inner Children make cameo appearances in this theater.

Floor 2: GENITAL CHAKRA SHOW: Sex celebrants and their protectors act here. Some sexual performers get very personal, others exhibit general sensuality with lots of show but little go.

Third Floor Theater, The DIAPHRAGM CHAKRA PLAYHOUSE, stars both assertive and compromising voices. Hero, Leader, Warrior, Follower, Mediator all cameo onstage here.

The COMMUNICATION FORUM plays at the fifth floor auditorium, where Orator, Secretive and Singer–each aspects of our throat chakra--take the spotlight.

Our Brain Chakra, the HEAD STAGE, sixth floor in this analogy, stars our Intellect, Psychic and Visionary.

On the rooftop, you board a spaceship powered by the combined energy of the first six theaters sweep you into spiritual dimensions as you enjoy IN-FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT featuring The Divine Lila, Metacosmic Void and the Creator of All.

Identify in turn as the Director on each of the seven stages–the Sex, Power, Love, Communication, Vision and Spirituality Theaters. At each theater, we hear inputs and rescript them where they need your direction. Recognize, accept and weave all chakras and the subselves at every chakra. Simultaneously hold each of our chakras’ and subselves’ energies. Consult our neutral Witness. Discriminate alternatives. Choose our reactions to other people and to life's challenges.

Sit facing a partner. Have your partner drape her or his legs over your thighs; bring his or her feet together behind your tailbone. Snuggle your genitals together. Rest your left hands on each others’ lower backs; right hands behind each other shoulder blades.

Together, chant and, as you do, waken each chakra. Imagine running energy from your perineum, genitals, belly, throat, heart, brow and crown--chakras 1-7--into each other’s.

Breathe in and out when your partner does; synchronize your breath. Inhale through your nose as your partner exhales through her or his mouth. Exhale through your mouth toward your beloved’s nose as she or he inhales through it. Pause together after each inhale and exhale.

With the breath you send your partner, think “I love you, take in my love.” As you pause after exhale, think, “Hold my love in, Sweetheart.” As you inhale your partner’s exhaled breath, think to yourself, “You love me.” and, as you hold that breath in, think, “I hold your love in me.”

Together, chant lam three times and focus on energy at your spine’s base. Align this energy with your partner’s. Send safety, health and security visions as you say three loud lams. Tell each other, “I wish you health, safety and security.”

Rock your genitals against each other. Remember sexual and pleasant times together. Chant vam three times. Caress with eyes and genitals, wishing one another sensual ecstasy. Say, “I wish you sensual delight and sexual pleasure.”

Chant ram three times as you push your navels together. Feel your power and beam empowering images and encouraging thoughts out your bellies to each others’. Say, “Take what’s yours in life.”

Open your throats, chant ham three times in unison, wish each other honest talk and joyous song. Commit, with each ham, to hear and teach other.

Join foreheads and look into each others’ eyes until your partner’s eyes seem to converge into a single eye.

Remember the pastlife you imagined for your partner and how you speculated she or he could flower, next decade. Then chant ooo three times and wish her or him clarity, intuition and creativity.

Three times, chant mmm and imagine energy streams between your crown and your beloved's. Meld your minds into a synergistic mutual mind.

Transcend even your personal pairing. Merge with pastlife lovers. Become the lover archetype. Unify with universal love.

Chant the seven syllables--lam, vam, ram, yam, ham, ooo, mmm–in a single exhale, as though they’re a single word, “LamVamRamYamHamOooMmm.” Imagine your energies join in ever more refined auric bodies.

The character Claire on “Heroes” is kissed fully on the mouth for several minutes by her roommate. Startled, Claire looks wide-eyed at Gretchen who explains her actions by declaring she has a crush on Claire. Claire, surprised, didn’t try to pull away during the kiss. In fact, she now wonders if she’s straight, gay or bi.

“Thirteen” on the television show “House” is being ridiculed by her boss. House suspects she swings both ways and makes rude, suggestive comments. Thirteen sees a woman come in to the hospital and says “I think I dated her last week.” loud enough so that House and the others with her here. Everyone wonders. When will the truth be known?

“Caprica” features a woman who lives in a group marriage with several husbands and sister wives. One of her husbands is young enough to be her son. The group is diverse, multi-racial. The children range in age from the eldest around 10 years old to one in the womb, which implies that the family has been around for a while. They show a loving bed scene in the morning with four of the adult family members sharing love and intimacy as they awaken to greet the day.

In the same series, a macho hit man is married to his male lover. His nephew comments, “Why didn’t you two have kids?”. The Uncle replies that he would if he had a job that was more kid friendly. Later that day, the hit man cleans up before he heads home to his husband. “Joe doesn’t like me to come home with bloody hands”, he explains to his brother. Even hit men are sensitive to family needs.

All this, and I don’t even watch television. I can only imagine what’s out there.

Cody Brown adds a fourth wife at the end of the first season of “Sister Wives”. Cody and his four wives may all get arrested for practicing polygyny. These are all consenting adults. Why can’t they be left alone? It’s obvious we need to stand up for human rights by not allowing these people to be persecuted in such a way. After all, this is the land of the brave and the free, isn’t it? Our ancestors came to this land to escape such persecution. Many still come here to find freedom from suppression. We need to stand up for human rights always, whenever we see violations, even if we disagree with what the person is doing or saying. I’m not a polygynist nor would I ever be involved in such a relationship. But certainly Cody and his wives have a right to live together and create a family and worship the way they want.

Trying to Break away from a marriage within the Sect can be a nightmare, says Janae Thorne-Bird - who did just that and founded Utah’s Heartstrong Living Center, a safe haven for women escaping Polygyny. Incredibly, Janae tells Star that she formerly shared a husband in Montana with Kody’s younger Sister, Christy, 39 - and she warns Janelle, 41, and Christine, 38, of the possible dangers ahead should they choose to leave Cody.

“I was forced by our Sect to give my ex-husband full custody of our 10 Children, and they were raised by Christy and his other Wives,” claims Janae. “I was barred from even seeing my kids, and they were hidden away from me. I reunited with seven of them once they were no longer minors and could choose to walk away, but my three youngest are still trapped in the Sect.” [From Star Magazine, print edition, October 18, 2010]
That’s heartbreaking and now I understand why there’s an investigation into the Brown family. The Wives may have entered into this arrangement by choice, but do they also have the choice to get out of it?

This story sheds more light onto how this family makes Polygyny seem like a valid choice when it often puts women and children in very difficult, inescapable conditions, even outside the compounds. This isn’t a story from someone involved in polygyny in general, it’s the story of a woman who shared a husband with Cody’s sister and was cut off from her kids for years. Her close connection to the Browns makes this all the more convincing.

We may be exploring the budding of our new relationship on a documentary. There’s now more interest in polyamory because of the publicity around Cody Brown and his polygamist family.

Awake and Aware. Realize you are the Creator, author, director, producer, actors all the characters in the play, even the set. Planet Earth is a grand experiment in bio diversity and conscious evolution. The virtual reality game is almost over. You came here on purpose. You are the chooser and always have been at choice.

We are all volunteers who’ve signed up for this game and it’s now time for personal accountability, to reflect and see how we score ourselves. How many times have you hurt yourself and others? How many times have your thoughts been unloving? Have you believed yourself to be better/greater or worse/lesser than another? When were you cruel, greedy, selfish, disconnected, out of sync with Source?

I differentiate between God Source and god (who really has a little “g”) for god is just the Game Master who sets the rules for this paradigm, this matrix. You agreed to abide by “the rules” in order to be in this computer game in the first place. You entered the dark movie theater. It begins and you go into a trance. You’re now hypnotized. You believe the game is more than a game. To you, it’s real. And the name of the game is Planet Earth and you are the principle character in the play.

The purpose of the game was to see who could go into the dark, unconsciousness, the deepest level of material density, the lowest level of vibration, the furthest from Creation and remain enlightened (in the light), connected to God (Source, love).

It was a challenge that few could master. The game started eons ago and continues to this day. While many are still enmeshed in the matrix, the benefits of this submersion into darkness is that we have co-created diversity and endless experiences. This emersion process has generated endless drama, micro-movies of lives that have been permanently recorded in the Akashic records for easy access to all of Creation.

Any one being can now become part of those experiences in virtual reality by walking through the records, like going to the library and trying them on for size. They access them for research, enjoyment, pleasure. It’s much like we watch a movie for entertainment, but even more enhanced than a 3D movie because the viewer feels it all, sights, sounds, smells, emotions.

But now the game is almost over and you, the Chooser can make corrections so the world doesn’t self destruct, blow up or become so toxic it can no longer support life.

You now view the Matrix through different eyes. Notice thoughts you’ve had about the nature of reality. Time’s an illusion. It doesn’t matter what mistakes you’ve made, you can correct your actions any time because what you do in this now affects the entire continuum, past and future.

Be conscious of what you think. Thoughts are deeds and affect everything. If you have a negative thought, notice it, thank it, let it go. The Universe will absorb it back into it’s own and render it harmless for you give it no energy. Replace those thoughts with positive affirmations, statements or mantras that reprogram you towards light, love and God Source.

You are all powerful connected directly to God, divine love. You ARE a manifestation of God Self and as such are a co-creator of it all. Without God you are nothing but without you, God is nothing. We all need each other.

We are all parts of a huge puzzle and without all of us, we are incomplete. If you were missing, there would be a gaping hole in the puzzle that would draw the eye to it.

Religion is programming that controls you, makes you obey and conform to the global matrix, which is evil as it disrespects consciousness. Love appreciates and honors it all. If any one of us is abused in a system, the entire system is corrupt and needs to be altered until ALL are loved, honored, respected. That is the litmus. Does this system benefit some at the expense of others?

Spirituality reconnects you to Source. Does this system provide ways for us to show love to us all?

You were born as a commodity, a resource for the Illuminati who feed from your light. They are vampires and the inspiration for the myth for you are fuel for their machine, the system that takes more than it gives. Their design serves only the top of the pyramid, the all seeing eye, that controls and manipulates humanity for their benefit, not the greater good. They are powerful, greedy and keep us enslaved through economic hardship, suppression of the truth and denying us technologies, like star gate technology, alternative energy systems and medical advances that would set us free and make our lives easy.

Become aware of your misdeeds. There’s still time to correct them. Replace negative thoughts, reprogram yourself with loving, kind ones and you feed the morphogenic field affecting all the world.

It takes a lot of energy for the dark ones to control humanity for dark energy is dense. Molecules are compacted, heavy, hard to move.

Light beings and their thoughts and deed are light and light is not heavy, so it’s easy to move. Light flows easily. It goes a long way. It takes less beings aligned with the light to over shadow the dark (just like a candle in a cave). But the powers of darkness keep us confused, battling over silly things like religion and material things, that we miss the point that we’re all one, all powerful and there’s more than enough for all since we created it.

Replace negative thoughts with loving ones. Love truly is the answer. Reprogram yourself. It’s a life long process because it didn’t get in there in one day. It’s never too late to rewrite history for you are the creator of your own play. The alternative reality you imagine will manifest somewhere in the space/time continuum and you then can find it, focus on it and materialize it into this world. It’s magic. Magic is real, as real as religion or science. It just takes your belief. Belief is the same as prayer, as meditation. Thoughts are deeds. Your new reality will come into form by your focus, especially if your intention is loving and none will be the wiser, especially you. Your conscious mind may not remember, but the Universe/God Source responds to will. Will backed with focus, intention and love manifests forth into being.

Was someone hurt by your actions or inactions? Did someone die? Overwrite the negative outcome with a positive one. Do it as you wished it would have been symbolically with those who are now in your life. You are all powerful and affect all time, all time-lines. Your actions, thoughts and deeds heal, forever. You may not see it at first, but pay attention to the signs. The Universe will reveal itself and soon synchonicities will out run random probabilities and you’ll known you’re in the zone. You’re magical. You’ll recognize and remember what it feels like in your body, you’re soul. You’ll be able to recreate it at will. You reconnect to your thread to God and you’ll keep attuned to that thread more and more until it becomes real for you.

Turn off the programming that constantly bombards you every moment of your life. You’re in the matrix and programs come to you from all directions. Did you ever wonder why they call them TV programs? That’s because that’s what they do. Program you. Beware of all your consume. What you see and hear goes in to your body, soul and psyche as much as food, chemicals, drugs, water, air. You want all to be clean and clear. You can avoid all toxins, even those transmitting through the air, by becoming a clear vessel for the Divine.

Shut off the TV and radio. Don’t read about or participate in negative vibes. Do an experiment and try it for 24 hours. Drive out to nature, get as far away possible from the toxins of society.

Avoid gossip. If someone’s talking stink about another person, walk away. Stop reading or listening to stories about death and destruction. Try it. Just for a day. You can do it.

Pay attention on all levels. Your head will feel lighter. You’re energy will seem more calm, peaceful, centered.

Remember always, the game is dense, in 3^rd dimensional physicality and it takes a lot of energy to maintain the illusion. That’s why the Game Maker keeps you in fear, lack, negative emotions. Your energy feeds their matrix, which is an energy grid, a field that engulfs this world! It’s real. We can’t see it because it’s beyond our range of visibility. It’s energetic. And it controls us, keeps us from seeing the truth, that we are all one, all love, all of God.

The light requires little energy. It’s free and flowing. If we up the light personally, then inter-personally, it will take very little doing to flood the dark energy of the world and over-write that program with love.

That’s the core of all religions, the basic truth that’s been covered up by dogma. Access spirituality and you’ll have direct experience of that which already runs through all of us. The truth is self-evident (apparent) and all it takes is a willingness to expand yourself beyond the limitations of your self-imposed belief system to see the entire spectrum that already exists, but remains hidden from you by your own thoughts.

Thoughts are deeds. As you expand your awareness to embrace this new paradigm, you’ll realize that the Emperor has no clothes and the Wizard of Oz is a fraud.

The ETs, who became the gods of old, were merely people like us--but longer living--with advanced technology.

These "gods" intervened, beginning 300.000 years ago, in our genetic evolution. They grafted their genes into the genome of Homo Erectus (a humanoid species devolved from earlier Homo Sapien settlers of Earth) to create a slave species. They created the slave species--that's us-- to mine for them.

The gods continued intervening in our physical, social, intellectual and consciousness evolution. They conditioned us to a mental matrix of patriarchal hierarchy, violence, obedience and disregard for the consciousness of underlings. Sitchin's work lets us evaluate the ET interventions and transcend the the master-slave mentality they and their successors instilled in us.

Sitchin translates clay scrolls and inscriptions from ancient Sumer and other early civilizations on Earth. He owns the world's largest acknowledged collection of such evidence. Sitchin's Sumerian information frees us from the stranglehold of organized religions, governments and corporations that feed on ignorance of our true origins. Everything changes for us when we realize, thanks to Sitichin’s translations, that the gods of old were merely people like us--but longer living--with more advanced technology.

The Sumerian scrolls record dynastic and atmospheric crises 450,000 years ago on the planet Nibiru--the far-orbiting tenth planet of our solar system. Nibiru came nearest the Sun every 3, 600 years or so until 10, 900 B.C.E. , when Miranda, a moon of Nibiru, hit and tilted Uranus and became one a moon of Uranus. The gravitational pull of Uranus on Nibiru slowed Nibiru's orbit around the Sun to 3,450 Earth-years [Sitchin, Z., 2007, The End of Days, page 316].

Nibirans, people who look like very tall Scandinavians, live millions of years. However, half a million years ago, they desperately needed gold to shield their planet from fatal atmosphere loss. They knew they could get gold on Earth. Sitchin's translations relate how the prospect of Earth's gold first drew Nibiru's great scientist, Prince Enki then his brother Enlil, their sister Ninmah and siblings' children as well as 600 miners and 300 shuttle crewmen, to our planet.

In Africa 300,000 years ago, Enki responded to a mutiny he covertly fomented in the goldmines. He’d replace Nibiran miners with hybrid slaves. He, his sister Ninmah and his son Ningishzidda would splice their genes into the genome for Homo Erectus, a uniquely compassionate primate he'd been studying. The resulting creatures would serve as a slave race to dig the gold. The slaves would tend crops and livestock for the mining expedition complexes in Mesopotamia (Iraq) and for themselves. After the Deluge, 13, 000 years ago, the Nibiran astronauts had their Earthlings build cities in Sumer. The Nibirans bade their slaves address them as "gods". The gods lived in luxury in ziggurat castles next to their aircraft hangars. The gods managed their Earthlings through priest-kings--hybrid descendants of Enki’s Earthling lovers.

The gods taught Earthlings information and skills so they could best serve the gods, their needs and the expedition's mining mission--skills in astronomy, mathematics, agriculture, herding, writing, architecture and geology. Several gods dictated memoirs to slave scribes. These memoirs recorded the dictating gods' personal slants on the formation of the Solar System, history on Nibiru, the expedition to Earth, the Flood, and the god’s take on current events.

The gods divided into competing lineages of Enki’s descendants versus the descendants of his half-brother Enlil. As part of this competition--Enkiites vs Enlilites--the gods taught Earthlings the skills and mind-set of genocidal war, violence, slaving and defoliation. Each god insisted on unquestioning obedience to him or her. Each god demanded his or her slaves hate and fight opponent gods’ kings and slaves.

Some Earthlings escaped into the hinterlands, away from the gods’ wars. No more would they be fodder for spears, arrows and chariots. They’d escape also terrible technological killing devices of the gods: explosives, lasers, gas and biological agents. In 2023 B.C. wars of the gods climaxed in thermonuclear genocide of Earthlings in Canaan and Mesopotamia. The unexpected fallout from the nuking forced the gods to scatter over or exit Earth.

Nibirans recorded impeccable evidence that they--extraterrestrials--settled and civilized Earth. Evidence they left includes stone-carved star charts that map Neptune, Uranus, Pluto--three planets beyond eye-range from Earth. Maps chart rocket routes through our solar system. The maps feature accurate geographical details of the entire Earth. Details on the maps could only have been charted from space. One such detail on the maps is an accurate drawing of the landmass under the Antarctic icesheet. The astronauts were able to map Antarctic land after 11,000 B.C., because the sheet had slid into the South Sea, caused the Deluge and drowned most Earthlings.

Our science confirms the records the gods dictated to their scribes. We have verified and continue to verify the Nibiran goldminers' genetic, metallurgical, geological, scientific, mathematic, astronomical accounts. Modern biology validates Sumerian engravings of Enki and his sister Ninmah splicing double helix DNA to create an Earthling worker. Our science still can't move and join giant stone slabs as did the Nibirans for their navigational landmarks. Nibirans fitted huge rocks for the launch pad in Lebanon, the Giza pyramids and monuments on our moon, Mars and on Mars' moon, Phoebos.

With Sitchin's evidence we free ourselves to create a new paradigm, a paradigm unfettered by the heirarchic godspell. "Godspell" is philosopher Neal Freer's word for the yearning of Earthlings with a slave mentality that yearns for the return of the masters, the so-called gods who abandoned them. The gods through the religions they propagated to propitiate them by killing followers of other gods.

Gods are merely long-lived, technologically advanced humans with a wide range of individual quirks and a hierarchic, patriarchal warlike culture. They obsess on genealogical precedence and male superiority. Most gods are petty, murderous slavers, contemptuous of Earthlings' consciousness.

Now, with the truth of our origins known, we can break violent, greedy and murderous patterns the ETs taught us and perpetrate through their representatives among us. We can break the godspell, become peers rather than servants of the gods. We and they evolve together to support, encouragement, love and celebrate consciousness and its manifestations.

Enki/Ea is the Nibiran who (4,000 years ago) dictated his autobiography to his scribe, Endubscar of Endu.

The Lost Book of Enki, Sitchin's translation of Enki's tale (augmented a bit by my imagination) is the source–with many of Enki's slants--of most of the account you read here. The Lost Book of Enki itself is historical fiction, wherein Sitchin has woven information meticulously documented in his Earth Chronicles.

5. DISCLOSURE/UFOS IN THE NEWS - Recently many top military officials came clean and called a press conference to tell the world that UFOs are real and have been toying with nuclear weapons at our bases and there’s nothing we can do about it.

“Monday was a banner day for Ufology, as a number of former Air Force personnel made their appointed rounds, and testified at the National Press Club. They revealed publicly that a number of America's air bases with nuclear capability have been visited by UFOs.”

So what will it mean when ET steps forward and tells us the truth and we know that our governments, worldwide, have been lying to us?

Oh, well I guess that’s nothing new right now, as that’s coming out in other ways. But, in regards to the UFO phenomenon, we’ll have a brave, new world and we best get with the program and begin to understand what ET disclosure means for humanity and the Earth.

For this experiment, let’s assume they’re friendly and here to assist us as we evolve to the next, highest level of existence. There’s a lot of other things that would probably happen if they were hostile, but since they haven’t destroyed us and they’ve had the ability to do so many times over, let’s assume they’re the good guys, at least for now.

ET would reveal other social systems, ways to be. Certainly we could benefit from other ways of living. We’re not doing something right. We have crime, violence, starvation, disease, war. You name it. There are a thousand ways to feel pain and suffering. Is all this drama and trauma necessary? And how would we implement these changes? Would they be gradual or would they happen overnight, because once the cat’s out of the bag, how could we possibly go back to mean, ugly, co-dependent, dysfunctional ways?

Alternative energy systems would immediate change our world. Imagine if you wanted to go somewhere across the planet and you could step in to a stargate and be there in the twinkle of an eye? Food, products would also be instantaneously transported from here to there. No more need to sit in an uncomfortable box such as a plane, boat, truck, car or train. Roads can be torn up, returned to nature. The air would be free of toxins emitted from fossil fuels.

We’d no longer have to rape nature to provide fuel. There would be more environmentally kind methods to power, heat and cool our homes and buildings. I imagine there would be technological fixes for all that ail us. After all, a species that can travel through space, time and dimensions must have fixes for things that we’ve not even begun to invent.

Alternative healing methods, medicines, technologies, information, ways to expand our life expectancy indefinitely, and have healthy, healed, happy lives exist. I know this. I can FEEL it in my BONES. I’m so excited. I can hardly wait.

I see our American system breaking down and wonder if five years from now there may no longer be countries as we know them. I see how perverse our society has become. I realize that any closed system that is no longer growing, has become perverse, needs a perturbation in order to reorganize to the next, highest level.

Perhaps the coming of ET will be that perturbation. I suspect when they finally reveal themselves through FULL DISCLOSURE, we’ll discover they’ve been walking amongst us all along. In fact, I believe we are their children, a hybrid species created by combining our DNA with theirs.

I look forward to the truth. I hope they come soon so I can be alive, in this dimension to witness the changes.

Together we can evolve to a level 1 civilization and perhaps more. Currently we are a level 0 civilization (according to physicist, Michio Kaku). I know we can do this. Time to wake up, become conscious and aware.

“Everybody Lies” so proclaims House, the doctor on the Emmy award-winning series. But is that the truth? And when is it appropriate to lie? Is it ok to lie to protect someone else? Better to always tell the truth, be transparent, authentic, truthful? Should you tell the cop you have that joint hidden under the seat?

The most complicated lies to stem around relationships. How you start the relationship sets criteria for truth between partners. What do you share about your relationship style? Do you candidly explore monogamy, polyamory, swinging or other? How do we identify yourselves sexually? Do you share the degree to which you’re gay, lesbian, heterosexual or bi? Do you reveal there’s four of you and one of each?

If you chose monogamy, when are you cheating? Do you cheat when you flirt with someone? What about a kiss? Is it okay to kiss someone on the cheek but not on the mouth? Or is the mouth ok as long as there’s no tongue involved.

What about touch? Is it ok to touch a shoulder and not a breast? What’s your policy on hand holding? Is it cheating if you watch porn on the internet? And what emails you exchange? You haven’t ever met, you’ve never touched and you live so far away you probably never will ever will. Do you cheat if you have a fantasy? And what happens if you fall for your fantasy?

And what about the lifestyles? Do you require emotional fidelity but swing when you go to a club?

“It’s complicated” has become an option on dating site applications when one is attempting to explain the complexity of their relationship.

Honestly, honesty can be hard. Case in point. I’ve been openly polyamorous for the past 18 years. Recently, Shivaya, my second husband returned home to Maui after he toured the mainland for several years. My first husband, Sasha, and I were so excited about Shivaya’s return. He took several days by car, train then plane to go from the East Coast home to us. We shared dozens of calls tracking his trip across America.

Our first week with Shivaya was ok. But something had changed. I introduced him to Jill, my best female friend who’d just moved in with us. I was relieved they clicked. Now we were a quad. But I felt hurt when they contracted and disappeared emotionally. We could no longer communicate consciously or clearly. I noticed a tendency for all parties to demonize and reject just because things didn’t connect. Tempers flared, sometimes roared, but quickly dispelled. We bolted away from one another into our respective corners to lick our wounds.

Despite the training and the workshops, my skills failed me. After three short weeks Jill and Shivaya decided to leave our community. Jill and Shivaya, my best friend and second husband moved across the island. And as they left, I felt relieved, glad it was over and that now I am free to find another way along the path through the journey of life.

I was surprised how Sasha felt free too. It was as though we were complete with this relationship that was our longest running experiment in polyamory to date.

But I wonder how we could have done it better? How could we tell our personal truths and remain calm and centered? We tried the talking stick, timed it so none could monopolize the conversation. It’s hard to believe how long three minutes can be. So we shortened it, send the stick round the circle so all could have a minimum of three turns talking. The rest listened. Witnessing another’s personal truth is half the battle.

But even that doesn’t work when there’s no agreement in the first place to learn and incorporate conflict resolution skills up front, before you go into the rink. We have to learn “the rules” to really learn how to relate. And the more characters you incorporate into the play, the more complex it seems to be.

I sometimes understand why Swingers swing and decide to have no emotional intimacy with others outside their primary relationships. I prefer emotional as well as sexual intimacy with poly partners. Yet sometimes it’s sticky. The more intimate one gets, the more muck emerges from the mire.

But the muck’s somehow necessary. It’s food for the grissmill, that which allows us to learn, grow and evolve. As long as I live, exist here in this physical reality in this grand experiment on Spaceship Earth, there are things I must face, endure, learn, embrace, reject, repair, reprogram, modify, move beyond, incorporate into my being and hopefully, eventually, because of this process, become conscious, maybe even enlightened.

The Maui Temple has been under attack since 2006. Several other Maui and Hawaii temples have been attacked. Some have changed their mode of operation to pacify zoning. But that doesn’t seem to really work as I just checked with one of them and it’s 5 years later and they’re still going through a process.

We have a right to be. We were granted freedom to worship as we wish by our constitution. It was later reinforced by bills like RLUIPA. Several states have passed additional legislation to protect religious freedom. But we’re still under attack.

We need funds. So please, if you find it in your heart to do so, support our efforts.

We wish to remodel existing structures, repair and remodel, and basically design a tantra temple standard that will be recognized from afar, when you drive down the road, like a Catholic or Mormon chuch has its style.

We need money to help temples set up in various cities. We need scholarship money so that all in the path will earn right livelihood and we can fly students to the teachers so that they get the necessary courses and practicuum they need in order to be the best healers and teachers we can churn out for this and future generations.

Four Tantric Trysts guides you--man or woman--as Giver, as you adore and nurture a female lover--your Receiver. If you’re female and want to receive, invite a lover to guide you, as Giver, through the exercises in this book. Or take turns guiding and receiving.

As Giver, you hone your coaching skill. You help your Receiver see if she harbors forgotten or minimized emotion-packed memories that block full sensual pleasure. Learn, in this tryst, what hurts and scares your Inner Kids. You see how you developed subselves to shield you from pain and fear. Janae Thorne was born May 30, 1957 to Jeanne Marie Callister and Cyril James Thorne. She was fifth generation Mormon (Latter-day Saint) on all four sides of her family genealogical tree. Growing up in a Mormon family she was exposed to LDS doctrine from an early age and well into high school where she became president of her Seminary class and captain of the Scripture Chase Team. In her senior year of high school, spurned by her first love because of intimacy issues, she met Nolan Nebeker, who introduced her to sex, drugs, Queen and depth psychology where she began to unravel her Mormon roots and “question authority.” Because of pressure from her parents regarding her current lifestyle choices, her father convinced her to move to Logan to attend Utah State University where she met and fell in love with Kurt King. Janae and Kurt were married on August 21, 1976 by a Justice of the Peace in a pastoral park at the mouth of Logan Canyon.

Their first year of married life was spent in Los Angeles where Kurt studied professional kick-boxing with world-class instructors. Janae landed a job at Jess Publishing Company where she became the editorial assistant performing front office management duties and editorial work. A year later, Kurt became disenchanted with kick-boxing and LA and pressured Janae to move back with him to his hometown of Logan to start a family. On August 28, 1978, their first child, Aubrey Jeanne was born, after which they revisited their Mormon heritage and were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple the following spring.

They were both active members of the LDS Church in Logan, Utah and had two more children, Jared Kurt, and Deserae Janis. Then Kurt began investigating the FLDS (Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints) after receiving his patriarchal blessing admonishing him to “study the organization of the Church.” At the same time, Janae was introduced to Yoga and TM (transcendental meditation) which she passionately embraced and practiced daily. Inspired by the Mormon “Word of Wisdom” and holistic health practices, together they opened up a health food store called “Living Stream” in Logan. Kurt was excommunicated from the LDS Church after being baptized into the FLDS Church and Janae was admonished by her bishop to divorce Kurt or lose her temple recommend and/or Church membership. Following her bishop’s advice, Janae divorced Kurt, leaving her three children with him as she’d decided to move to Snowmass, Colorado to work as a volunteer for the Windstar Foundation—a environmentally consciousness raising foundation founded by John Denver and his bodyguard, Tom Crum. After two weeks of emotional anguish over being separated from her children, Janae decided to move back to Logan and remarry Kurt so she could continue as Mother to her three precious children. After her fourth child, Ariel Janae was born, Kurt decided to join a fundamentalist “United Order” in Pinesdale, Montana and Janae dutifully followed.

They spent seven years in Pinesdale, Montana where Jadon David (who died 5 weeks after birth), Destiny Rose, Jordan Michael and Jonathan Heart were born. Disenchanted with the tyrannical hierarchical political structure of Pinesdale, they purchased a square mile of property up Ninemile Road—about 50 miles from Pinesdale— along with several other disenchanted families to form their own “United Order”. The other families pulled out their support after Owen Allred—the self-proclaimed “prophet” of the group—rescinded his blessing on the project. Kurt and Janae, along with their seven children, continued with the homesteading project calling it “Higher Ground.” Christy Brown, daughter of Winn and Janelle Brown (and sister to Cody Brown from the reality TV series “Sister Wives”) was attracted to Kurt and the project and joined them as Kurt’s second wife on August 7, 1993, nine days before the birth of Kelsey May—Janae’s 9th child.

Two years later, Kurt added a third wife, Sandy Greenhulch along with her three children, while Janae was again nine months pregnant with her 10th child, Jenny Pearl. Shortly afterwards it became increasingly obvious to Janae that this “polygamous lifestyle” was inherently abusive and oppressive to women and children as four adults and twelve children were forced to live in a hand-built 4-bedroom log cabin in the Montana wilderness with no phone or electricity. Janae stood her ground and insisted that the two wives and their children—Christy had two and Sandy had three and were both pregnant at the time—leave what she legally considered her home, her land and her husband which they had extracted from her through what she considered by now “religious tyranny.” Kurt and Janae lived happily for over a year in monogamy until Andrew Jacob was born. Christy had her third child, Tyler, in Lovell, Wyoming and Sandy had her fourth child, Cory, in Manti, Utah where they had both relocated. Kurt attended Tyler’s birth but was unable to attend Cory’s.

A year and a half after Andrew’s birth, Christy insisted on coming back “home” to Montana as she felt entitled to “her” home and “her” husband, even though they’d only been unofficially “married” for a few years. Kurt, pining for his “other wife and children,” supported Christy in insisting that she be allowed to come back. On a fateful day in October, 1998, Janae gave Kurt the ultimatum that if he brought Christy back, she would leave with all of her remaining seven children (the oldest three had since moved away). Feeling the threat of the loss of his children, Kurt struck Janae in the face, knocking her to the ground in front of her frightened children. He then verbally threatened (in front of the children) that “if you take any of my children away, I will personally track you down and gut you open.” Terrorized and traumatized by the assault, Janae escaped with merely the clothes on her back, leaving her seven children behind. Christy arrived the following day and took over the job of raising Janae’s precious children, caring for her husband and home, in spite of Janae’s pleadings to return to her home and gain custody back of her children. Christy was eventually given full title to the remaining 180 acres of land as each of Janae’s children escaped the abusive situation at they grew old enough, forfeiting their inheritance. There are three who still remain “hostage” in Montana—Kelsey aged 17, Jenny aged 15, and Andrew aged 13. Please pray for them and their release as they have never been allowed visitation at Janae’s residence.

Since then, Janae has relocated to Utah and remarried Brad Bird, changing her name to Janae Thorne-Bird. They both struggled unsuccessfully to gain custody of her remaining children and fought for visitation privileges while Janae was demonized as a “whore and an apostate” by both Kurt and Christy. Forced to redirect her attention elsewhere (or go crazy), Janae moved forward to receive her Master Herbalist degree, Massage Therapy and Bodywork degree, Watsu/Waterdance certification; establishing three healing centers in Utah—Heartsong Healing Center in St. George, Higher Ground Healing Center in Draper, and Heartsong Healing Center in Holladay for the purpose of offering shelter and healing for those desiring to escape abusive and repressive relationships. She founded and is a Licensed Minister of The Church of the Gathering of What is Real where she practices Shamanic/Tantric/Gnostic practices as a card-carrying Medicine Person. She also completed and published three books—Heartsong, Heart Wide Open, and Becoming One—the Journey toward God—which are autobiographies and self-help books regarding polygamous and polyamorous lifestyles. Her next book, Secrets of the Ageless, is a compilation of her holistic health secrets she’s discovered or “uncovered” in the past 32 years as a holistic health care practitioner and should be available next spring.
