PREPARE TO HOLOBREATHE

Imagine a future scene when you live from what you learned instead of your earlier decision.

     Return to the elevator. Enter it. Push the button corresponding to your age now. Go up.

    If there's anything incomplete, finish it in your dreams tonight.

    Holobreathing gives you experiences like the one suggested in the exercise. When you work through them, situations that haunted you since birth stop blocking your growth. Truth frees you.

BETTER BEFORE-BIRTH BELIEFS
    But there's deeper truth. Keep breathing and relive before you were born.

    You relive heavenly feelings in Mom's womb. Feelings that became Hell. Hell: you grew too big in her. She scrunched you, squeezed you down the canal where you struggled for life.

    When you relive your prenatal memories or imaginary dramas that stand for them, you forever feel more joy, love and understanding.

FATHOM FAR-OUT FANTASIES
    You might, as you breathe to music, imagine past lives. Or relate to guides, archetypes and deities.

 Get-Ready Exercise 2: Re-reincarnate
    Imagine four lives you might have had, where you experienced your highest  physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual embodiments. For each,

describe your existence;

 note the most important things you learned;

        realize what that life means for your life now.

Get-Ready Exercise 3: Archetype Dialogue
    (Stimulated by Dallet, J., "Active Imagination in Practice" in Jungian  Analysis, Stein, M., editor, Boulder: Shambala, 1984.)

    Picture a Greek god, personified force (like a tidal wave or Mother Earth), or a Tarot, fairy tale, book, Bible or movie character that personifies one of your problems or concerns.

    Identify with it; become it. As it, say your NAME out loud.

    As the image, say WHAT YOU'RE LIKE.

    Become yourself again. Ask it a QUESTION.

    Be it again and reply. Say WHAT YOU WANT of her or him.

    Be yourself again. Tell the image your realistic LIMITATIONS. Tell it how your involvement with family, friends and institutions influences how you can let it have what wants from you.

    Dialogue with it about its expression and your limits. Alternate playing it and you.

    Ask it if it has a rival.

    Establish a similar DIALOGUE with the RIVAL.

    Alternately become the rival image and dialogue with the initial image till you and they feel unity.

    Decide how to TRANSLATE what you learned from these dialogues INTO YOUR LIFE this week.
