CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel notify us in 
writing or email at lemuriancenter@aol.com or
 Lemurian Center, 2138 Vineyard Street, Wailuku, HI  96793. 
 The date we receive your written cancellation determines amount we refund to you.

Refund Policy for Accommodations, Conferences, Seminars, Services & Events:

Days Before            Refund (in percentage of total fee for event, less $25 minimum)

                                                             90+                   75%
                                                             60-89               50% 
                                                             31-59               25%
                                                             6-30                 no refund

50% deposit required when you make your reservation.
Balance is due in full a minimum of one week (7 days) before event to guarantee your time and space. 
 If we do not receive full payment 7 days before the event, you forfeit your reservation. 
 Hawaii sales tax of 4.166% is added for all Hawaii events. 11% for Hawaii accommodations.

If you register but cannot attend, you may:
1. Send a substitute or
2. Receive a credit memo to be applied within one year (12 months)
towards another Lemurian Center service or event.

                                     Returned checks will be charged a $25 bank service fee
