She has done training in Mindfulness Based Stress Management Interventions, Meditation and Behavioral Medicine at Harvard Medical School's Mind/Body Institute and studied Yoga, Shamanism and Tantra . She is a nationally recognized expert in Relationship Healing for the Alternative Community.

She is a pioneer in the field of sex and spirit , integrating shadow and light, and combines her areas of expertise into a holistic approach to healing which is individualized to the unique needs of the person. Ms. Wise and her husband/partner of 25 years were the subjects of an Esquire Magazine article on Polyamory which has served as the inspiration for an HBO series on
Sex in the Suburbs currently under development .
Ms. Wise is a writer for LOVING MORE MAGAZINE and is currently working on a book on Polyamory. She
is a frequent presenter at the Loving More conferences.
