Advertising

Promote events, groups, products, services, individuals, etc. on the WPA site for a fee [to be determined but look at tantra.com for their prices], Members receive one advertising listing with their annual membership fee. Additional listings may be purchased. This area would have a form to gather the information about the product which would generate a display in the WPA Store. There would be an option for various display sizes with increased cost per word count and options, such as more than one photo, graphics, special effects, link, etc.

Art

This section features poly, sex-positive and spiritual art complete with links to artist’s web site. Professional Members get one sample art and a free link to their site. Additional listings and options may be purchased for a fee. Non-members can promote their art on our site for a fee. WPA solicits art to feature on the site.  If art's selected by WPA, art may receive more exposure and be listed throughout the site with additional links to artist’s web site at no additional cost to artist.

Articles

This section features poly, sex-positive, relationship, sexuality and spiritual articles complete with links to author’s web sites. Professional Members get one article and a free link to their site. Additional listings may be purchased for a fee. Non-members can promote their articles on our site for a fee. If selected by WPA, articles may receive more exposure and be listed throughout the site with additional links to author’s web site at no additional cost to author. Articles may also be selected to be featured in our E-zine. Articles may be written by members or outsiders. This area’s moderated.

           Affiliate Program 

Anyone can register for the Affiliate Program including Guest Vistors to the web site. Individuals and web sites who refer people to us get X (to be decided, but perhaps 10% for 0-$1000, 15% $1001-$5000, 20% $5001 & over, based per annum) when their referrals register with us for membership, conferences, workshops, etc. Commissions can be two ways. When WPA sells an item, product, service, event, etc. by tracking click-throughs, they receive a percentage of the sale from the person who lists products, services, events on WPA.

Books

List of polyamorous and sex-positive books. Ideally we’d have a link to our shopping cart and be able to sell each of these items through amazon.com on our site. This area would have a form to gather the information about the product which would generate a display in the WPA Store. There would be an option for various display sizes with increased cost per word count and options, such as more than one photo, link, etc.

Calendar

Calendar of events, month-by-month. It would be nice to have an automatic system like yahoo where reminders can be sent out. Or perhaps, reminders of all events in a given period could be gathered in one central message to be sent in digest form, rather than individual reminders that would clog up Members’ in boxes. Members could enter calendar events. This area would need to be moderated to eliminate spam.

Chat Rooms

Members meet and chat. Register with a nickname.

Conferences

List of polyamorous and sex-positive conferences. This area would have a form to gather the information about the conference which would generate a general, searchable display in this section which is listed by region. There would be an option for various display sizes with increased cost per word count and options, such as more than one photo, link.

Email Forum

Forum where topics and threads of discussion may be launched and replied to. It would be nice if this was searchable by title. I think that’s how it works. Member’s real names and emails will remain confidential. This area would need to be moderated to eliminate spam.

Events

Listing of all poly and poly-related events. This area would have a form to gather the information about the event which would generate a display in the Events, Calendar and Forum sections. There would be an option to purchase additional Advertising for various display sizes with increased cost per word count and options desires, such as more than one photo, additional links, etc. There’s a form for those who wish to register for an event. Those who register will be listed by their nicknames in the Event’s Forum event for the purpose of synergizing with others who be attending the event and to help promote the event.

Faculty

Profile of each presenter which includes when and where they presented for the WPA and a link to their web site. Faculty Member must be a registered Professional Member in good standing in order to be featured on this section of the WPA site.

Forms 

We need forms to gather information about products, services, events, projects, web sites for display in those various sections and to be included in site search engines. Events, Conferences and other information that is date related would be placed on the calendar. We need dating forms. We also need forms for when a person registers for an event or purchases a product or service. All names gathered on any section go into a central database which can be sorted by location.

Section with FREE Links to other poly and poly-friendly support groups, sex positive groups, web sites.

Magazine

 WPA printed magazine would come out quarterly and feature some of the best of the articles that come out in the E-Zine. We’d also feature paid advertising. We need a good program to help do the layout of the magazine. Sasha would be the editor.

Media 

List of those available for television, radio presentations, conference appearances, workshops, etc. Archive of past poly media presentations. Person must be registered as a Professional Member to be listed on this feature. Possibly a borrowing system of tapes of past media performances for poly groups to show at their meetings.

Members: Membership Types

Free Members: Free members receive our Newsletter (E-Zine), get to fill out a Basic Profile to the Dating Section, have access to the Forum and some of the Articles.

Charter Members: ($50 year)- A Charter Member is a member who joins before December 31, 2004. They must renew their membership annually. Charter Members receive the following: Newsletter (E-Ezine), access to Member’s web features, get a Member’s Profile, Member’s Personal, Certificate of Membership showing Charter Membership status, Basic Advertisement, Link to web site, Member’s Rates for Conferences and Events, Email Forum, Chat, access to All Articles, Web Conferencing.

Group/Organization Memberships: ($50 year until December 31, 2004, $65 beginning January 1, 2005). Groups receive a certificate to hang on their wall showing that they are a WPA recognized group.

Lifetime Membership: $1000 onetime fee - Lifetime Members have access to all features and privileges.

Professional Members: ($75 year)- Professional Members are those who are available for conference or media presentations and/or provide professional, educational, healing or therapeutic services to the community. Professional Members get a Professional Profile (full page), a link to their web site, a full page Advertisement for their products or services with a link to their web site. Professional Members are on a list which is considered first for Media Appearances and Presentations at conferences. They also receive the following: Newsletter (E-Ezine), access to Member’s web features, get a Member’s Profile, Member’s Personal, Certificate of Membership, Basic Advertisement, Link to web site, Member’s Rates for Conferences and Events, Email Forum, Chat, access to All Articles, Web Conferencing.

Regular Members: ($65 year) - Regular Member’s have the following: Newsletter (E-Ezine), access to Member’s web features, get a Member’s Profile, Member’s Personal, Certificate of Membership, Basic Advertisement, Link to web site, Member’s Rates for Conferences and Events, Email Forum, Chat, access to All Articles, access to Web Conferencing.

Poly news, relationships and sexuality that may affects us gathered from around the world. Archive maintained of articles (searchable) by subject or key words.

Newsletter

E-zine will come out a minimum of once a month. We’ll offer txt or html format. We feature articles submitted by Members, articles relevant to polyamory and sexuality and paid advertising. PDA format for printing option.

Non-Profit and Not-For Profit

Groups that are Non-Profit and Not-For-Profit would get a free basic Group/Organization listing and link to their web site.

Personals 

Free Section: Basic Dating Profile, Chat Room, One photo. [See other polyamory dating sites and tantra.com for fields]

Members Only Section

Projects

Poly projects: This area is for posting Movies, Books, Documentaries, Music, etc. Put out a call for actors, participants, volunteers, artists, musicians. A form is used to gather the information about the project which would generate a display visible in this section with a link to a larger page if necessary. Larger pages and larger display options are available at an additional cost calculated per word count and added options, (such as more than one photo, graphics, special effects, links, etc. Another form would be for those wishing to respond to the project posting. Projects would be sorted by type and location.

Scholarships

Scholarships are offered for those who can’t afford to attend events they desire. Scholarship funds could also be used for those who wish to get a paid membership. One form is used to gather information about the sponsor and another form is used to collect the information about those wishing to be considered for a scholarship.

Services

Services offered by Members are featured in this section. This is a list of Professionals, therapists, counselors, healers and other service-oriented individuals and organizations. This area would have a form to gather the information about the service which would generate a searchable display for this section. There would be an option for various display sizes with increased cost per word count and options, such as more than one photo, link, etc.

           Support Groups

This section lists all the Non-Profit and Not-For-Profit poly and poly-supportive groups in a small display which is searchable and listed by region. Groups that wish official recognition, longer advertising and a display certificate for their walls register and pay the annual fee $75 for Professional Membership.

Surveys 

WPA would initiate surveys to gather information or opinions on various topics. Members could also initiate relevant surveys. This area would need a moderator to eliminate spam.

          Teleconferencing

Conferences need not be limited to physical locations. Conferences can be attended virtually for a fee. This is something for down the line. Connections to participants could be visual, computer typing, audio, etc.
