MEALS: We're offering delicious, inexpensive meals (menus to come) for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch, all for only $60.00!  Feel free to bring your own food, but keep in mind there are no cooking facilities available.  Harbin Hot Springs has restaurants up above in the main part of the facility.  But staying together and sharing meals is always delightful as we keep the energy contained and have more opportunities to connect and learn more about one another.

We’re getting excellent response to this year’s conference and we’re near our attendee limit. So, if you’re serious about coming or you’ve already registered and your friends or lovers sit on the fence, register soon or you’ll have to wait till next year's PolyCon.  The earlier you register, the greater your discount.

If you already registered and paid, print your receipt and bring it to Harbin.  (If you called us or emailed us but you haven’t paid, you’re not yet registered.)

We’ extended the May discount to June 8th in honor of my late mother’s 88th birthday (yeah Junie Moonie!).  To get the discounted price, go to the World Polyamory Association web site at www.worldpolyamoryassociation.com, click on the 2010 Conference link in the middle of the page and scroll down to the Registration link.  Approved Presenters and Scholarship winners go to Presenters Page to register. 

With your printed Registration in hand, check-in at the Conference between noon and 2PM Friday, June 25th; the Conference ends 10PM Sunday night June 27th . 

EXTRA DAYS AT HARBIN DISCOUNTED: If you come to Harbin Hot Springs before noon June 25 or stay later than 10PM June 27, you have to register, for $35 extra with Harbin for those each of those days.   

Eating together is a commensal rite of intensification. We take turns supporting community eating; please sign up for a 1-hour Kitchen Angel Shift. Meadow Building, our group’s center for the weekend, is far from Harbin's restaurants and Harbin bans cooking facilities or fires in the camp grounds, so we stay focused, involved and ever friendlier fixing food, eating together, cleaning up. Lenel and Keith assign overall duties to Scholarship attendees, and we all help them as needed when we’re on our Kitchen Angel shift. Send email stating your food preferences and

 Our conference fees cover Friday and Saturday nights with Harbin and our meal package which costs $60 includes six meals starting with Friday dinner and ending with lunch on Sunday.  We’ve added an additional dinner Sunday night for $10.  We added a 7 meal package.  If you’re interested in participating in the meals, scroll down to the meals options.

SUNDAY NIGHT, you can stay later than 10PM and sleep overnight in the Meadow Bldg or your tent or RV for $35 and stay at Harbin till 10 Monday night. We have an early closing before lunch for those who have to catch planes, and another closing at 9:15PM.
